Each Roofing Roster guide is an independent directory for one area. It scores every roofing contractor we can verify operates there, ranks them with one published rubric, and links you to the source reviews so you can check our work.
What every guide gives you
- A score from 0 to 100 for every listed contractor, built from review sentiment, star rating, review volume, listing completeness, and review recency.
- Rankings by city and by service, such as roof replacement, roof repair, storm and insurance claim work, metal roofing, and gutters.
- A sentiment summary for each business that describes what recent reviews actually say, with a link to the original Google reviews.
- A last-verified date on every listing, refreshed on a monthly cycle.
- A quote request form that sends your project to relevant listed contractors.
How to use a guide
Start with the ranking for your city or your service. Open two or three contractors near the top and read their sentiment summaries. Pay attention to repeated themes, good or bad, not just the star average. Then follow the link to Google and read the most recent reviews yourself before you call anyone. A score is a starting point for research, not a substitute for it.
If a listing shows a low-confidence label, the business has too few recent reviews for a reliable ranking. That is not a warning about the contractor. It means you should do more homework before hiring.
Who the guides are for
Homeowners and property managers who need a roof repaired, replaced, or inspected and want a shortlist they can trust. Roofing contractors who want to see how they compare in their market and hear from customers actively looking for them. Anyone who is tired of directories where the top spot is for sale.
How we choose the next area
Georgia came first. We add new areas as we can gather enough recent, public review data to score contractors fairly. Most new guides cover a state, but some will cover a single metro, a region, or a roofing product or service where a focused roster is more useful than a statewide one. Every new guide launches with the same rubric, the same monthly refresh, and the same disclosure rules.

Is every guide scored the same way?
Yes. Every Roofing Roster guide uses the same five-signal rubric with the same weights, so a score of 82 means the same thing in every area we cover.
How do you decide which area gets a guide next?
We look at where homeowners are searching for roofers, how much recent review data exists to score, and where storm seasons drive demand. Readers can suggest an area through our contact page.
Can I be matched with a contractor from a guide?
Yes. Each guide has a quote request form. We pass your request to relevant listed providers and may earn a referral fee. That never affects any score or ranking, and the details are disclosed on the form.
My roofing business is in an area you cover. How do I get listed?
If your business operates in the area and has a public Google Business Profile, it is likely already in the directory. If it is missing or a detail is wrong, use the contact page and tell us which guide and which listing.
Do you cover anything besides states?
Our guides can cover a state, a city, a region, or a specific roofing product or service. The listing on this page is always current.
