Roofing Roster is an independent publisher of roofing contractor directories. This page explains what information roofingroster.com collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how to reach us about it. Each of our guides publishes its own privacy page covering the forms and services on that guide.

What you share with us

When you send a message through the contact form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the topic you select, and your message.

Who receives your message

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to the Roofing Roster team. Those are the only recipients of a contact form submission on this site.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own and does not use browser storage to follow you across sites.

Analytics

This site may run Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Where analytics is enabled, those services may set cookies to measure visits and page use, under Google's own privacy terms.

Other services involved

Loading a page here can involve requests to a small set of third parties, each of which sees standard request data such as your IP address: Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Google Fonts (typefaces). Their own privacy policies apply to those requests.

Information about listed businesses

The business listings on our guides are compiled from publicly available sources, including Google Business Profile reviews. We store derived analysis (scores, summaries, sentiment), not raw review text. If your business is listed and you want a correction or removal, the listing policy on the relevant guide explains how, or you can contact us.

Retention and your requests

Contact form details are retained while they are needed to reply and follow up, and not longer than that purpose requires. You can ask for access to your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@roofingroster.com.
